    Please allow 24-72 Hours for a response.

  • Our normal process time is 1-4 business days. (Not including weekends or holidays)

    If your order is handmade, it may take 2-4 weeks to be made. You will be notified when your order has shipped.

  • We do not allow changes or cancelling once the orders are placed and processed in the system.

    You may however return your items following the return policy procedures.

  • We ship domestic within Canada and international to the USA, Caribbean, Europe and Australia.

    Shipping times may vary depending on your location. However, you should receive your order within 7-21 business days

    All international orders must go through customs. These policies vary per country. It is the customers responsibility to pay any custom fees and duties necessary to receive your package.

  • YFLM is not responsible or liable for packages once they have been transferred to a shipping courier. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information is incorrect at the time of purchase.

    For delayed/ lost packages- please contact the shipping courier. We will not replace delayed items nor expedite the order.

  • YFLM does not offer exchanges. You can submit a return and purchase the new items of your choice.

  • Returns must be requested and submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee for ALL returns, regardless of the reason

    • Postage must be within 7 days of delivery or it won’t qualify for a return and the customer must pay to ship it back to themselves.

    • Email- sincerely.YFLM@gmail.com with your order #, tracking # and reason for return. Please include photos and/or videos.

    • Once your return is approved, and fully processed, we will issue you a refund via your payment method used to purchase within 3-5 business days.

    • Refunds can take 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

    • Shipping costs made by you will NOT be refunded
